Young Parents services

These services support young parents (aged 16-21 years) with babies or young children who are at risk of homelessness with the aim to help them to develop life skills and those needed to maintain accommodation.

Our staff work closely with family nurse practitioners, social services and other agencies to support young parents to develop good parenting skills and to keep their children safe. Some of these services have intensive 24/7 support and others have less intensive support, the level of support is tailored to the needs of the clients.
