Our Day Centre is the heart of the homeless community in Southampton. We provide a safe space for up to 70 adults each day, who are homeless, to access basic facilities such as food, clothes, showers, and laundry. The service also has a dedicated health care service on-site and we’re also able to provide accommodation for up to 10 clients.
Our aim is to support our clients to remain safe and maintain their mental and physical health; to ensure their immediate needs are met and to help clients find the right path for them to access support and long-term accommodation.

Kaleidoscope is a unique service that provides support to vulnerable women who sell sex on the street. This service offers evening outreach sessions and daytime support.
We aim to promote safe ways of working, harm reduction approaches and to support women to link with other agencies including health care.
Homeless Vulnerable Adult Support Team (Navigators)provides outreach support to adults with complex needs, who are living on the streets or have been placed in temporary accommodation by the local authority.
Our aim is to provide intensive, targeted support to clients, find housing options as quickly as possible and encourage them to complete activities that keep them safe.
Our High Intensity Users service provides community support to adults, who may have underlying social issues alongside physical or mental health support needs and are frequent users of GP and A&E services in Southampton. This service provides one to one support sessions in the client’s home and regular contact is maintained by phone calls. Clients are referred from Emergency Department staff at University Hospital Southampton, South Central Ambulance Service and GPs within the city.
We build good working relationships with all professionals involved with the clients to ensure consistency in their support network.
Our aim is to support clients to manage situations that would normally lead to them attending health services in a different way to reduce the attendances.
Our Southampton accommodation team provides supported accommodation to adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across various location in Southampton.
Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living. We also work with a range of agencies to maximise the support and opportunities for clients.
Our Housing First services support individuals aged 16 and over, who have high support needs and a history of entrenched or repeat homelessness, to have a home of their own where they can regain stability, safety, and support. We work in partnership with the Council and various housing associations to deliver intensive person-centred support and accommodation choices.
Our priority is to find safe, permanent housing that’s suitable for the client. Once housing is found our dedicated team provides intensive one to one support to enable clients to maintain their accommodation and achieve their goals.
Our Southampton young people service provides supported accommodation for up to 20 young people between the age of 16 and 21, including care leavers. The service operates across various locations in Southampton, each is tailored to the needs of the clients and offer various levels of support.
Our aim is to support to young people with their individual support needs to enable then to gain life skills to move on to long term, lower or independent supported living.
Our young parents service provides supported accommodation for up to 30 young parents, between the age of 16 and 21, with babies or young children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The service operates across various locations in Southampton, each is tailored to the needs of the clients and offer various levels of support.
Our staff work closely with family nurse practitioners, social services and other agencies to support young parents to develop good parenting skills and to keep their children safe.
We aim to support young people with their individual support needs to enable then to gain life skills to move on to long term, lower level or independent supported living.
Our rough sleepers accommodation programme provides low level supported accommodation to adults who have experienced sleeping rough and are in the final stages of moving to independent accommodation
We work with partners such as VIVID who provide one bedroom flats for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We provide low level support to clients to enable them to maintain their tenancies and make the move to independent accommodation.
