We work with the Isle of Wight Council to provide the following:

Our outreach team will receive all alerts for the Isle of Wight and respond within 24 hours to ensure the rough sleeper is searched for, and support is offered. For any other queries relating to our outreach service, please contact us on the email below.

Housing First runs alongside our outreach service and supports adults who have high support needs, histories of entrenched / repeat homelessness or who are rough sleeping, to find accommodation so they can regain stability, safety, and support.

We work in partnership with the Council, Vectis and Sovereign to deliver intensive person-centred support and accommodation choices.

Our priority is to find safe, permanent housing that’s suitable for client. Once housing is found our dedicated team provides intensive, one to one support to enable them to maintain their accommodation and achieve their goals.

The Homeless Pathway service works with the Council and other Homeless Pathway providers to support clients on the Single Homeless Pathway with temporary affordable accommodation. Clients are identified through the Homeless Pathway Panel and Multi Agency Risk Management System and supported to move on to independent living in a more permanent setting.
