Eastleigh and New Forest

We work with Hampshire County Council to provide the following:

Our supported accommodation service is spread over two properties; a five-bedroom house and four-bedroom house which provide supported accommodation for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

We support our clients to work towards independent living, providing budgeting support, benefit advice and signposting to other supporting partners.

Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living. We also work with a range of agencies to maximise the support and opportunities for clients.

Our community support service in Eastleigh and New Forest provides drop-in and 1-1 sessions for people who are living in their own accommodation and are having difficulty maintaining their tenancies.

We also provide community support to individuals who are or have been rough sleeping to access and maintain emergency accommodation.

Our Hampshire Resettlement & Support Service supports refugees who are here under the Government’s UK resettlement programme. The service provides person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to gain the life skills they require to access mainstream services and deal with everyday issues themselves.

We work with a range of agencies to maximise the support and opportunities for clients. This is to enable them to access funding, improve health and wellbeing, develop English language skills and access education and training so that they can gain employment and maintain their accommodation tenancies.
