We work with West Berkshire Council to provide the following services:
We provide supported accommodation to adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across two locations, each are tailored to meet the needs of the clients.
Newtown Road provides accommodation with 24/7 support for 60 clients. We also hold a drug and alcohol drop-in service on a Tuesday afternoon and an education and employment drop in on a Wednesday afternoon.
London Road provides supported accommodation for 16 clients and Gibbs Terrace provides self-contained one-bedroom flats for 10 clients.
Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living.
Our Housing First service provides support to adults, who have high needs and histories of entrenched or repeat homelessness. Providing them with a home of their own where they can regain stability, safety, and support.
We work in partnership with the Council and other housing providers to deliver intensive person-centred support and accommodation choices.
Our priority is to find safe, permanent housing that’s suitable for the client. Once housing is found our dedicated team provides intensive, one to one support to enable them to maintain their accommodation and achieve their goals.
