Havant and East Hampshire

We work with Hampshire County Council, East Hampshire Council, Havant Borough Council and other local authorities to provide the following: 

Our services in Havant provide supported accommodation to adults and families, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across two locations

  • St Albans (adults only) provides supported accommodation as well as advice and guidance in relation to physical and mental health, finance and budgeting, and cooking and nutrition.
  • Brent House (adults and families) provides temporary and emergency accommodation for adults experiencing homelessness

Support is tailored to the needs of each client and offers various levels of support. 

We also provide community support to individuals who are having difficulty maintaining their tenancies in their own accommodation in Havant.  

Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to maintain their existing tenancies and / or gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living. 

Our supported accommodation at Leslie Nation Court in Petersfield is for adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

This service also provides community / in reach support to individuals who are placed in temporary accommodation or are having difficulties maintaining their tenancies in their own accommodation.  

Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to maintain their existing tenancies and/or gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living.  

Pinewood Lodge in Bordonis a group of 10 self-contained flats, which provide temporary supported accommodation for families and individuals, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.  

  

Our rough sleeper outreach / in-reach service supports adults who are sleeping rough, helping them to access support and accommodation across Petersfield, Havant and the surrounding area. 

Our aim is to identify individuals who are sleeping rough and encourage them to complete activities that keep them safe. We work in partnership with East Hampshire, Havant Council and other housing providers to find housing options as quickly as possible.    

Our South East Hampshire community support drop in service offers free advice and support for individuals and couples on housing issues including homelessness prevention, resettlement and sourcing housing.
