This service also hosts a twice-weekly health clinic with access to a nurse, as well as visits from local housing and Inclusion recovery services. Hep C Hampshire also attend monthly for testing and treatment.

Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living. We also provide supported housing across three other locations: Acton Lodge, East Street and Bridge Road. Each is tailored to the needs of the clients and offer various levels of support.

This service also provides community support to individuals who are having difficulties maintaining their tenancies in their own accommodation in Fareham and Gosport.
