Working with refugees

We provide support to refugees across Hampshire and Southampton city as part of the Syrian Vulnerable Person Relocation Scheme and the Vulnerable Children’s Relocation Scheme relocation programmes.

We provide floating support services to individual and families including

• Resettlement and tenancy management
• Support to address physical and mental health support needs
• Money management
• Access to cultural and community services.

We do not take referrals for this service.  All individuals and families are identified by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees and agreed by Hampshire County Council.
