Our new Housing-Led service in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole will support up to 37 clients to access units of accommodation which are a mixture of dispersed 1-bedroom properties and self-contained flats within a block. Staff will be available in the block 24/7 to support our clients in this part of Dorset. The support is delivered in line with the 7 housing first principles with the aim of providing flexible support and active engagement techniques to enable clients to maintain safe accommodation and achieve their goals. We work in partnership with the housing options team at BCP council and Seascape Homes and Property Limited (a subsidiary of BCP council) the landlord of the accommodation, to identify accommodation that is suitable for the client. All referrals come via the housing options team.
