Dene Court

Dene Court provides accommodation for single homeless men and women who are in need of temporary housing and support due to their homelessness. Staff work with clients to help them recognise and address the difficulties associated with being unable to access more appropriate accommodation and/or live fulfilling independent lives. It is our intention that every client will engage with staff in working towards a more fulfilling and settled way of life that includes moving on to more permanent accommodation that meets their needs. We encourage the empowerment of clients to assist service delivery and to develop better ways of working together in partnership.

There are presently eighteen single bedrooms.

During their stay all clients are allocated a key worker and any actions are identified and agreed with the resident. Every effort will be made by staff to help residents to address any difficulties they may experience in accessing appropriate accommodation. Where there is no available accommodation, we can offer a meal or sandwiches, a shower, and a change of clothing. A person's details and needs will be recorded and assistance given to help them access alternative emergency accommodation whenever possible.
