We are excited to announce that the redevelopment of the Day Centre, funded through the Places for Change Programme, was a complete success and the new look centre is truly a place of opportunity and change for our clients. We strive to ensure that the centre operates as a welcoming and friendly environment for all who access it.

About us 

We are the main point of contact for homeless people and those needing a referral to supported accommodation within the city. We also provide a range of day services for those who are homeless or under threat of becoming homeless in the Southampton area.

We rely on continuous feedback and new ideas from our  clients and partners to ensure that activities remain current  and relevant. 

We will continue to meet people's immediate needs by providing food, washing facilities, shelter and support, but more than this, we provide a range of services which are designed to improve the every day lives of homeless people in Southampton. This includes a comprehensive programme of day activities including training, employment and accommodation opportunities. There is also an opportunity to develop social skills and have some fun along the way.

We believe by working in partnership with people and encouraging each person to address the issues which cause their homelessness, they can gain the skills and confidence to make the necessary changes in their lives.

Who we work with

We work in partnerships with Southampton City Council, the Street Homeless Prevention Team (SHPT), Southampton City Primary Care Trust (SCPCT) and other statutory and non statutory agencies within the city.
