Here at 210 we are committed to a culture of continuous improvement of our services. Our culture of, and commitment to, meaningful service user involvement is key to achieving this aim. In addition to 55 single bedrooms and shared bathing facilities we offer a fully catered service, games room, chill out room, TV lounge and gardens. We also offer a tenancy sustainment training package and opportunities to engage in learning activities, arts and crafts, sport and leisure, voluntary work and help with seeking employment via our support staff and specialist 'Base' tutors. We have a fully equipped IT suite and workshop facilities for woodworking and other practical skills development.

There is 24 hour support on site and we operate a keyworker system.

We are pleased with our progress over the last 5 years or so and our greatest source of pride to date must be the achievement of A grades across all core and 2 supplementary objective groups as assessed by the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework. Not wishing to rest on our laurels we are seeking to consolidate this good practice and also achieve positive grades for the remaining supplementary objectives in the coming year, in addition to further developing and honing our services to meet the identified and changing needs of our customers.
