Two Saints are a business with a social mission. We run two Social Enterprises, which deliver benefits for local communities and in turn help us to tackle the social problem of homelessness by improving the life chances of our clients.

Real Lettings South

Working in partnership with London homeless charity Broadway, Two Saints is setting up Real Lettings South to lease private rented homes to former rough sleepers who are ready to leave our services.  The aim is to give people who are vulnerable to homelessness, the opportunity to secure quality and affordable accommodation to help restore their independence.  We provide landlords with a comprehensive leasing service that includes a guaranteed monthly rent, full property management and the assurance that the property will be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease. 

All of our tenants receive ongoing support to help them settle into their new home and maintain their tenancy. All profits achieved by Real Lettings South will be re-invested in our services for people affected by homelessness.

Spark Fabrications and Framing

Operating from premises in Southampton, Spark offers a full range of fabricated steel products and picture framing services to both commercial clients and members of the public.

Our homeless clients and residents in neighbouring Patrick House Hostel work alongside members of staff to gain ‘hands on’ experience in all aspects of the business.  It’s a great way to gain work experience and boost self-confidence, to help them on their way to a paid job or a training course.  Unlike its competitors, all of Spark’s profits are used to help homeless people and those at risk of homelessness.
