Two Saints win renewed contract in Southampton

Two Saints have recently been successful in renewing its contract with Southampton City Council for Patrick House for a period of three years.

The hostel, which is currently managed by Two Saints and run as a 56 bed assessment centre is to be remodelled in order to provide two distinct and separate services.

Assessment
Two Saints will run part of the hostel as an assessment centre – effectively this means that we will work with individuals who have recently become homeless to move on to supported accommodation most appropriate for them and their circumstances.

Intensive Support
This will be a new service to Patrick House, but one in which Two Saints management and staff have a solid track record in delivering results.

Support planning will be provided for individuals for up to six months, at the heart of each individual plan will be individual assessment and support plans – these will be personalised to each individuals needs ensuring the best possible solution to homelessness for that person.
