Join us on the IOW Randonnee!
12 January 2012
You can join other fundraisers for Two Saints on the 6th May for a fantastic ride around the Isle of Wight. There are two routes of 100km and 55km, both planned by local cycling enthusiasts. If you enjoy getting out on a bike, and can help us to fundraise for homeless people then this is the event for you! Join Two Saints Board member Andy Crowe, other Two Saints supporters and some of the people we work to support and help us to achieve lasting change.
The IoW Randonnee was established by the Wayfarers in 1985 and uniquely follows a route around the whole of the Isle of Wight taking minor roads and lanes where possible enabling the rider to see and enjoy the best of the Island's scenery. The event attracts around 2000 participants each year.
You can find out more by visiting the Randonnee website.
Or contact us.
(Special thanks to Tim Wiggins for allowing us to use his photo. Tim is an Economics student, was born on the Isle of Wight and rides for the Wightlink Race Team. You can find out more about Tim and his cycling exploits on his blog.)
