We work with East Hampshire Council and Havant Borough Council to provide the following:

Our supported accommodation at Leslie Nation Court is for adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This service also provides community / in reach support to individuals who are placed in temporary accommodation by East Hampshire Council or are having difficulties maintaining their tenancies in their own accommodation. 

Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to maintain their existing tenancies and/or gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living. 

Pinewood Lodge in Bordonis a group of 10 self-contained flats, which provide temporary supported accommodation for families and individuals, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

Our rough sleeper outreach/In-reach service supports adults who are sleeping rough, helping them to access support and accommodation across Petersfield, Havant and the surrounding area.      

Our aim is to identify individuals who are sleeping rough and encourage them to complete activities that keep them safe. We work in partnership with East Hampshire, Havant Council and other housing providers to find housing options for clients as quickly as possible.
