Operations Director Colin has extensive experience in the provision of supported housing, gained over twenty years working with both providers and local authorities. Colin also spent six years working in a Supporting People Commissioning Team, during which time the Supporting People Programme has evolved and developed into the complex and competitive arena we currently operate in. |
Annette Lewis-Gow
Finance Director Annette is a chartered accountant who has worked within the social housing sector for over fifteen years mostly at director level. Prior to that she worked for Ernst & Young auditing commercial organisations. Annette has responsibility for leading Two Saints financial strategy, statutory and management accounting, budgeting, treasury management, systems development and IT as well as contributing to the overall corporate strategy. |
Sharon Smith
Head of Human Resources Sharon is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has worked in HR roles for nearly 20 years, the last 2 of those with Two Saints. Her previous roles have been within the private sector in banking and finance, working closely with operational managers as a business partner. Sharon is responsible for ensuring that the people management infrastructure and processes support Two Saints' organisational strategy.
