Chief Executive
Louise joined Two Saints in February 2009 and is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the association. She is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) with over 25 years experience in the social housing sector. Previous experience includes senior roles in housing associations in England and Wales, and a period of 5 years as Director of the CIH in Wales. Prior to joining Two Saints Louise has spent five years as a housing consultant specialising in tenant involvement, and governance, business planning and performance improvement for housing associations.

Sharon Smith
Head of Human Resources
Sharon is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has worked in HR roles for nearly 20 years, the last 2 of those with Two Saints.
Her previous roles have been within the private sector in banking and finance, working closely with operational managers as a business partner. Sharon is responsible for ensuring that the people management infrastructure and processes support Two Saints' organisational strategy.

Annette Lewis-Gow
Finance Director
Annette is a chartered accountant who has worked within the social housing sector for over fifteen years mostly at director level. Prior to that she worked for Ernst & Young auditing commercial organisations. Annette has responsibility for leading Two Saints financial strategy, statutory and management accounting, budgeting, treasury management, systems development and IT as well as contributing to the overall corporate strategy.
