Mike McKenzie

Jackie Burns

Vice Chairman

Member of Finance Committee, Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee

Jackie Burns is a consultant working in supported housing, care & support. She has extensive experience in local government and the “not for profit” sector. She specialises in strategy, change management and the development of new innovative services.

John Randall

Member of Audit Committee and Finance Committee

Public Finance Accountant.

Audit Manager (retired) with the Audit Commission. Responsibilities included the external audit of a portfolio of local and health authority clients.

Internal and external audit, accounting standards, corporate governance, Best Value reviews.

Anthony Quail

Member of Audit Committee

Local Govt Officer with a research and policy remit which includes housing strategy development and review.

Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Marilyn Smuland

Member of Finance Committee & Remuneration Committee

Public Finance Accountant, Finance Manager, Community Action Hampshire.

Mike Morris

In-house lawyer for InfoPrint Solutions, a company owned by IBM and Ricoh, and its EMEA General Counsel.

Chartered company secretary, and also a director of a third world charity based in the UK.

Nikki Lynds-Xavier

Member of Governance Committee

Solicitor and partner of Clarke Willmott Solicitors, heading the Social Housing Sector Division.

Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a founder member of Social Housing Law Association, and Portsmouth Area Landlords Social.

Jack Wilson

Member of Governance Committee

Jack Wilson has worked in Social Housing management for over 30 years, with both Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

He is currently working as a Housing Consultant.

Denis Walker

Member of Remuneration Committee

Currently Group HR/ IT Director of a Hampshire based global technology company.

Previous career in HR and Operational roles in British Airways and various health and insurance companies. Run own consultancy business.

Expertise in general HR, remuneration, training and development. IT and operational/ facilities management.

Andrew Cobb

Consultant and Interim Manager

Andrew has worked in social housing for 35 years and during the last 15 has been a local authority housing director and housing association chief executive. He now works as a consultant and interim manager. He has served as a board member of Basingstoke YMCA and Paramount Housing Association and as the Chair of the National Housing Federation in the South East.
