Two Saints Housing Associaton employs almost 250 staff, with a further 50 or so who undertake regular relief work. Our organisation would not be the success it is today without the hard work and dedication of every single member of our workforce. We offer many different types of employment; support staff, cooks, resettlement workers and office staff, all of whom are highly valued. Board/Senior Management Team

Two Saints is governed by a voluntary Board of Management.The Board presently comprises eleven men and women who meet six times a year to ensure that the organisation complies with its statutory responsibilities and adheres to the regulatory code for housing associations. Board members also serve on a number of committees; the Finance and General Purposes Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Remuneration Committee. Each of these comittees meets at least quarterly. In addition there is an annual Board Away Day where future strategy is discussed, and working task groups in which Board Members play an active part.

The Board are supported by the association's Senior Management Team, which is comprised of the Chief Executive, Director of Finance, Director of Operations and Head of Human Resources. The team is responsible for the day to day management of the organisation.
